Purchasing and Scheduling BCETS DexaFit Discounted Testing

Dexafit testing provides insights into your body health and fitness. Testing results show how you compare to your peers and provides advice to improve your fitness and health. Results are discussed one on one immediately following your testing. They are also provided in an app and a printed document. For more information, select www.dexafit.com

BCETS Discounted Testing
We have two discounted fitness tests available to registered BCETS riders.


VO2 Max (BCETS price $89, normally $175)

This test measures your VO2 Max value and your Max HR. The test protocol is similar to doing an FTP test and is performed on a stationary bike (Madison West location only) or treadmill.


Dexa Body Composition Scan (BCETS price $89, normally $150)
This test measures your body fat distribution, including visceral fat (fat around your organs) and your bone density. The test is performed using a very low dosage x-ray scan on an open table.


1. Purchase Tests 

Please make sure you have purchased and paid for test(s) before scheduling

  • Select VO2 Max and/or Dexa Body Composition Scan then quantity (eg you may decide to buy 2 of each test, a before and after BCETS)
  • Add to Cart then Checkout and Pay

2. Schedule Tests
  • Depending what you purchased, select the button(s) below to schedule your tests on the DexaFit Madison website:
 

Schedule: VO2 Max

And/or

Schedule: Body Composition Scan

  • Select Appointment Date and Time
    Important: To receive appointment confirmations, change YOUR INFORMATION from BBC to your email etc.
  • Select CONTINUE TO PAYMENT Ignore the Credit Card section. 
    • Total due will show $0
    • Select CONFIRM and you're done!

Notes

  • These discounted DexaFit tests are available at cost to BCETS riders and ride leaders only
  • There is no expiration date on the tests
  • It's worth checking with your health insurance company if they offer discount. Tests are classified as medical testing and are FDA approved
